Saratoga Spa State Park

Saratoga Spa State Park is a 2,379-acre state park located in Saratoga County, New York. The park is in the City of Saratoga Springs, near US 9 and NY 50. The grounds contain mineral springs, classical bath and spa houses, and the Saratoga Performing Arts Center.

Five Mile & Geyser Trail

Five Mile and Geyser Trail is a 2.9 mile moderately trafficked loop trail located near Saratoga Springs, New York that features a waterfall and is good for all skill levels. The trail is primarily used for hiking, walking, nature trips, and bird watching and is best used from April until November. Dogs are also able to use this trail but must be kept on leash.

Rowland Hollow Creek Preserve

The Rowland Hollow Creek Preserve is a ~45 acre preserve with 3/4 mile of trails that meandor through a wooded area that includes an overlook of Rowland Hollow Creek. A wooded trail system invites people to safely explore the preserve while the woodlands protect wildlife habitat and the water quality of Rowland Hollow Creek. 

Hemlock Trail

Hemlock Trail is a 2.4 mile lightly trafficked loop trail located near Saratoga Springs, New York that features beautiful wild flowers and is good for all skill levels. The trail offers a number of activity options. Dogs are also able to use this trail. Nice, flat and easy trail in a portion of forest opposite (and part of) Saratoga Spa State Park. It's gentle underfoot and offers a great opportunity for some solitude in nature.

Bog Meadow Brook Nature Trail

The Bog Meadow Brook Nature Trail, located in Saratoga Springs, was one of Saratoga PLAN's earliest accomplishments. This two-mile path, great for warm season walks and cold season skiing, is a favorite among nature lovers. The Meadow Brook Preserve, which encompasses 174 acres of wetlands and woods, surrounds the trail, working to protect the watershed where maple, ferns, meadowsweet, and evergreens are commonly found.
